Sourced from Uji, Japan, our ceremonial matcha is made from the first harvest of carefully shade-grown tea leaves. This early harvest produces a vibrant green matcha with a naturally sweet, smooth, and balanced flavor, with no bitterness and a creamy finish. Stone-ground in small batches, this matcha is crafted for both traditional matcha and modern lattes.
Store sealed in the refrigerator.

Our Perfect Cup
1. Heat water to 80°C
2. Sift 4g of matcha powder
3. Add 40ml of water and whisk well for 30 secs or so in a “M” or “W” motion until foamy
4. To a cup add ice, 120 oat milk, and agave to taste
5. Pour matcha over milk and enjoy!
